The Pact is what differentiates the house from any conceivable competitor that could appear in the open-source operational platform category. It is the strongest commitment Marsovius makes.

Domicile
Primary corporate domicile is maintained within the EU/EEA in perpetuity. No restructuring, no holding company, no jurisdictional drift.

Control
Acquisition by, or controlling investment from, any entity not domiciled in the EU/EEA is refused. The clause is enforceable by the customer.

Exit
Contractual exit guarantees with full data and operational portability. The customer may sever the relationship at any time and leave with everything they brought and everything they built.

Source
All source-controlling repositories are held in EU jurisdictions. The chain of custody for the code is European from origin to release.

Audit
Audit-grant access to source and infrastructure is provided to the customer’s designated supervisory authority on request, without notice and without negotiation.
The code is open. The house is closed to those who do not respect it.
