marsovius.com is an informational website published by Marsovius. The site provides public information about the Marsovius operational platform, the open-source project, and the conditions under which the house enters into commercial relationships.

The software

The Marsovius source code is published under the Apache License, version 2.0. The terms of that license govern your rights to inspect, fork, modify, distribute, and deploy the software. This site does not modify those terms.

The audience request

Submitting an audience request is not the formation of a contract. It is an invitation to correspond. The house reserves the right to respond, to defer response, or to decline the request without explanation. Any subsequent commercial relationship is governed by a separate, signed agreement.

No warranty on the site

The contents of this site are provided as-is, for informational purposes. The house makes no warranty as to the continued availability of the site, the accuracy of statements published on it at any given moment, or the suitability of any information for a particular purpose.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the member state of the corporate domicile of Marsovius. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
